Grandma Schindel's Potato Dumplings

Instant Mashed PotatoesFlourEggs
Directions
mix instant mashed potatoes as directed on package for 8 servings. Use 1/2 the amount of milk required. Make potatoes stiff. Add eggs. Add flour by cupfuls until dough is stiff and no longer sticky. Form into dumplings approximately 1 inch in diameter. Drop into boiling water and reduce heat and cook for 18 minutes. Makes approximately 30 dumplings.
