Gluten Free Chocolate Almond Joy Bars

Ingredients
4 eggs3/4 cup can coconut milk3/4 cup coconut palm sugar1/2 cup blanched almond flour1/2 cup coconut flour1/4 tsp celtic sea salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 cup shredded coconut3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
1. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, coconut milk, almond extract, and sugar.

2. In a smaller bowl, combine flours, salt, and baking soda

3. Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients (hand mixer is helpful)

4. Stir in 1/2 cup of the chcoolate chips

5. Grease an 8x8 baking dish

6. Pour batter into dish, then sprinkle coconut & remaining chocolate chips on top

7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

8. Cool for 1 hour and serve.
