Heart Healthy Beef Stroganoff

1.79 lb beef round steak trimmed and cut into strips1/2 tsp Tastefully Simple Everyday Grillin seasoning1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 medium onion thinly sliced3 cloves garlic minced3/4 cup red wine3/4 cup reduced sodium 99% fat free beef broth (Kroger)3/4 cup water1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup (Campbell)1 Tbsp dijon mustard10 oz baby portobella mushrooms, sliced3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream (Kroger)
Season beef with TS grillin seasoning, brown in hot oil in a large skillet. Remove meat to plate.
Add onion and garlic to same skillet and saute for 2 - 3 minutes. Add red wine and scrape up brown bits. Add broth and water and return meat to skillet with onions and garlic. (add additional water to cover meat if necessary)Cover and allow to simmer on medium low for 2 - 3 hours until meat is tender.
Uncover and gently stir in the soup and dijon mustard, add the sliced mushrooms and bring back to a gentle simmer.
Allow to simmer an additional 10 - 15 minutes uncovered. Add the sour cream and heat through.
Serve over noodles or rice.
