Zesty Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes1/4 cup olive oil2 tsps. black pepper2 tsps. paprika1 tsp garlic powderSalt to tastI actually season to taste, so all of the seasonings above (except olive oil) are guesstimates.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Slice potatoes in half and cut each half into wedges. In a large bowl toss the potato wedges in olive oil and all of the seasonings. Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet (I use a stoneware bar pan) and bake for at least 45 minutes or until wedges are tender. Enjoy!
