Curried Beans

Ingredients
2 Tblsp Sunflower / Vegetable Oil,1/2 onion2 Tblsp Curry Flower2 cups brown / kidney / sugar beansWater1tsp Garam Masala1/4tsp Cumin
Directions
Boil beans until soft. (This may take numerous hours depending on the type of beans used.)

heat oil in pot. Fry onions until translucent. Add curry powder and stir quickly. Reduce heat. Add 1/4 cup of water and simmer curry to paste. repeat water addition and reduction 3 times. Add boiled beans and salt to taste. stir. Add cup of water and sprinkle garam masala and 1/4 tsp cumin seeds over. Simmer for 5 mins.
