SuperWRAP - Portabella and White Bean

Ingredients
1 low carb wrap1 portabella mushroom cap1 cup of beans1 avocado1 slice onion3 cloves garlic
Directions
Saute mushroom in a tiny amount of oil. Cover pan to induce liquid.

Add onion and garlic. Saute until onions are transparent.

Add beans to heat through.

Spread mushroom/bean mixture on wrap; top with tomato.
