Chickpea and Canned Salmon Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup chickpeas1 serving of canned salmon1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup brocoli slaw1/4 cup chopped red or green onions any other veggies you like--like cucumber and green peppers. Dressing: 1tsp olive oil 1 tb lemon juiceMonterey Steak Seasoning 1.5 Cups chopped romain lettuce.
Directions
1 Serving

Combine: 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1 serving of canned salmon, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup brocoli slaw (favorite to add to salads), 1/4 cup chopped red or green onions, any other veggies you like--like cucumber and green peppers.

Make a dressing with 1tsp olive oil and 1 tb lemon juice. Season with Monterey Steak Seasoning (or whatever you like).

Add dressing to salad.

Serve over chopped romain lettuce.
