Ingredients
1/2 Cup water1/4 cup margarine1/2 cup flour2 eggsshredded cheese, optional (not included in calorie count)
Directions
Melt margarine in boiling water, add flour and stir until it becomes a ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs and stir until smooth. Drop by level teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes.

You can add the shredded cheese, if desired, after adding the eggs or you can fill the baked puffs with your favorite sandwich filling or canned cheese that can be squirted into the puff. Note calorie count is only for the puffs themselves.
