Lisa's Carrot Souffle

Ingredients
2 pounds baby carrots, cooked & mashed1/2 Cup melted butter1 Cup Sugar (can use Splenda instead)3 Tablespoons Flour1 Tablespoon Baking Powder1 Teaspoon Vanilla1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg3 Eggs, Beaten (can use Egg Beaters)
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees

Mix well. Put in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon powdered sugar. Bake 1 hour.
