protein packed breakfast omelette

Ingredients
9 tsp (3/4 of a cup) of liquid egg whites (25 cal per serving) salt and pepper to taste , any fat free shredded cheese (add one Tbsp of salsa if you want, after all it is breakfast) small banana, if you only have medium or large you can skip the bread (your choice) or you can replace both with some nonfat plain greek yogurt for more protein with little calories (80 cal. by dannon) great way to start the day, you can add any veggies if you want within reason.

while the pan its heating up, add egg whites to a small bowl (add any veggies you want) add salt and pepper and mix, you can use cooking spray if you like or evoo, while cooking the eggs, toast the bread, peel banana, lift edge for the top egg whites to run under and cook evenly, add cheese, fold and enjoy with cold milk.
