Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole

2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs2 Cups seasoned bread stuffing cubes4 Ounces Lean Ham slices1 Cup Finely Shredded Swiss Cheese1 Can (10 3/4 ounces) 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 325'F. Butter a 9" x 9" baking pan. In a medium skillet, melt butter. Add chicken and quickly fry over medium-hot heat until brown on all sides. Remove chicken from pan and set aside on a plate. (Chicken does not need to be completely cooked at this point.) Add stuffing cubes to skillet. Stir to absorb any remaining butter and juice. Place 3/4 of stuffing cubes in bottom of baking pan. Layer chicken, ham, and then cheese over stuffing. Top with soup. Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake for 60 minutes.
