Waldorf Turkey Salad

Ingredients
1 1/4 C diced, cooked turkey1 medium apple, cored and diced1/4 C diced celery4 tablespoons light mayonnaise1 tablespoon raisins1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Spoon on lettuce leaves for a salad, or into a pita bread for a sandwich.
Optional: Add 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts.

    Made this with some turkey breast that I cooked in the crockpot. Used grapes instead of raisins, and part mayo/part homemade oil and vinegar dressing. I left out the cinnamon and added a sprinkling of nuts on the top. - 5/3/11
