Ingredients
15 oz canned pumpkin12 oz evaporated fat free milk3/4 c egg beaters3 t pumpkin pie spice1 t vanilla extract1/2 c splenda
Directions
Combine ingredients. Pour into pie plate coated wtih cooking spray. Bake 45-60 min @325 degrees.
