Microwave Turkey

1 Turkey breast, ready to cook1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce1/2 cup white wine1 tbs coriander seed (ground)1 roasting bag
Take note of weight of breast. Wash turkey breast in salted water and place in roasting bag. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over turkey. Seal the bag and puncture a hole near the seal. Let marinate at least 30 minutes per side.
Now the math: multiply the weight of the breast in pounds _____ x 6 minutes. Divide this number by 2 to get our cooking time per side. Cook at 80% power in a 1100 watt or better microwave. Cook the breast "skin side down" for the first session, then skin side up. Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
(For example if the breast weighs 4 lbs, then 4 x 6 = 24. This is the total cooking time. because we need to "flip the bird" we'll cook it 12 minutes per side in this example.)
A 4 lb bone in breast would yield apx 8-5 oz servings.
