Scalloped Oysters

Ingredients
3 cans Whole Oysters1 sleeve Ritz crackers1/2 chopped onion1 12 ounce can Non-Fat Evaporated Milk3 tbsp. Blue Bonnet Light, cut into 6 pieces
Directions
Crush 1 sleeve crackers, put into baking dish. Add Oysters, juice & all, add onions and milk. Mix well until moist. Add 6 pieces of butter on top of the mixture.
Bake for 45 mintues at 350*f.
