Chop up all the above ingredients to your "bite" size amount. Then add the lemon and lime juice and tomatoes, stir and enjoy! This recipe is not traditional because I added cooked shrimp and cooked imitation crab so no cooking was needed. Normally the lemon and lime juice soak in and cook the fish. You could add other kinds of fish but nutrients would be different.
No cooking involved.
