Quinoa Mango Salad (vegan)

Ingredients
2 cups cooked quinoa (at room temperature or cold)1 mango diced1 handful of chopped cilantro1 19-ounce can of black beans1 red bell pepper diced6 green onions thinly sliced4 tablespoons red wine vinegar2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions
Mix red wine vinegar, olive oil, and lime juice, and set aside.

Mix all other ingredients in large bowl.

Drizzle dressing over salad, and refrigerate for an hour.

Serve.
