New Orleans Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 c. Catsup (base of recipe)1 ts. Mayonnaise1 ts.Creole or Brown mustardDash hot sauce1 ts. Worchestershire sauce1/4 ts. Lemon juice2 Tbs. Horseradish
Directions
Mix all together, adding more or less according to taste.

Shrimp Remoulade:
Cook shrimp in Zatarain's shrimp boil seasoning, according to directions. Cut into large bite size pieces. Place on bed of lettuce, & top with Romelaude sauce.
