Cranberry Orange Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg fresh cranberries (12 oz.)1 orange, unpeeled1/2-cup granulated sugar1/2-cup pecan halves, chunked however you want them.
Directions
Using a food processor, blend fresh cranberries and an orange (with peel) cut into eighths, processing until desired consistency. Remove from food processor. Blend in sugar and pecans. makes nine 1/3 cup servings.

    I make this same salad but I make lite candied orange peel first and just put the rest of the orange in. I use 2 large oranges. I also put walnuts in. Your recipe does not say to "cook cranberries first". I do cook mine and just add in the rest of the ingredients and stir.Meant to give this 5 stars. - 10/3/11
