Dijoin Pork Chops

Ingredients
1- 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth1/4 cup Dijon style mustard 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed1 clove garlic, crushed1/4 teaspoon black pepper5 medium potatoes cut into 1/4 inch slices( 1 2/3 pounds)1 medium onion, sliced4 pork loins chops cut into 3/4 inch thick slices
Directions
Step 1 I n a large bowl combine soup wine or chicken broth,
Dijon mustard, thyme, garlic, and pepper. Add potatoes and
onion stirring to coat them.
Transfer to a 4 or 5 quart slow cooker. Trim the fat from the chops place chops on the potatoes mixture.

Step 2 Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 8 hours
or on high-heat setting for 3 1/2 hours.
