My mom's clafoutis (fruit dessert)

Ingredients
3 cups fruit (cherries, grapes, berries, peaches, apricots, pears or apples)1 cup fat free milk1 tbsp sugar1/4 cup sugar3/4 cup egg substitute or 3 eggs1/2 cup flour2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a large pie plate of baking dish with cooking spray
Place fruit in bottoms of pan and sprinkle with the 1 tbsp sugar.
Mix remaining ingredients in blender and pour over fruit and bake 30 minutes. Serve warm.
