Asian Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
1/4 c low-sodium soy sauce2 tsp liquid honey1 tsp ground ginger2 tsp lemon zest2 minced cloves garlic1 tbsp red-wine vinegarpinch crushed chili flakes1 lb beef flank steak
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a Ziploc baggie.
Add steak and turn to coat.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Bring out meat from fridge, let stand 30 minutes.
Pat steak dry, place under broiler or on hot grill 4 minutes a side.
Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
