Pork Sausage Pattie

1lb Pork mince3/4t Salt1/2t Pepper2T Fresh Sage chopped1T Fresh Parlsley chopped2* Cloves Garlic finely chopped
Mix all ingredients throughly and press firmly into patties.
Pan fry in teflon skillet with very light dash of olive oil.
Serve immediately or refridgerate for cold use.
* for a sweeter garlic taste, lightly pan fry and then cool garlic before adding to mince mixture.
Serving Size: Makes six patties
