Ingredients
*Tilapia, 4 lbsEgg, fresh, 4 large*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Line a couple of cookie sheets with aliminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Whisk eggs in a shallow container. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, salt, and pepper in another shallow container. Dredge tilapia in eggs then bread crumb mixture. Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
