Turkey Salad

Ingredients
2 pounds fresh turkey breast, roasted3 stalks celery, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped1 cup nonfat yogurt1/3 cup Dijon mustard3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
Directions
Roast the turkey breast with herbs and seasonings. Cool the meat and chop it finely. Chop the celery, onion and cranberries and add to turkey. Mix yogurt, mustard and dry ranch seasoning and blend with turkey, celery, onions and cranberries. Chill and serve.
