Seafood Alfredo

Ingredients
1 box whole wheat pasta1 lb shrimp, peeled and de-veined12oz tilapia filet1 package frozen broccoli1 package fresh spinach1 large red bell pepper chopped3 cloves garlic3 tbs olive oil1 cup half and half6 tbs grated parmesean
Directions
Boil pasta and drain. Add 2 tbs olive oil to pan and saute veggies and garlic until soft. Remove from pan. Add last Tbs olive oil and saute fish and shrimp. Once pink add half and half and 1 tbs parmesean at a time. Allow sauce to boil and thicken stirring often. Add pasta and veggies and toss to coat. Serve hot.
