Renee's Sweet and Sticky Tofu

Ingredients
1 block tofu, cubed1/4 c. cornstarch1 T. oil1/4 c. mirin3 cloves garlicpinch cilantropinch saltpinch black pepperpinch ginger
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet or wok.

Toss tofu in cornstarch; add to hot oil.

Fry, tossing frequently, until golden.

Stir together remaining ingredients; add mixture to skillet.

Cook until thickened. Serve over rice or lettuce.
