Italian Tuna Salad with Olives and Garlic

Tuna, Chunk White Albacore in Water, 2.5 serving Red Onion, raw, 1 tbsp finely choppedBlack Olives, 6 Green Olives, 6 Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .50 tbspHummus, 1 tbspGarlic, 1 cloveCelery, raw, 1 strip (4" long) Course Sea Salt, 3 dash
Make sure the celery is cut big enough so that it maintains its crunch.
Mix all ingredients together until you have a creamy consistency. If you don't have hummus, crushed chickpeas are actually the usual requirement.
Serve over a bed of baby spinach leaves, or any greens, with additional olive oil and fresh sea salt.
