Southwestern Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients
2 cups of white chicken breast, cooked and chopped2 Tbsp. lime juice (approx. 1 lime)1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise1 can yellow sweet corn, drained1/2 small bunch cilantro, chopped1/2 red onion, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped3 roma tomatoes, chopped (1 cup)2 tsp.chili powder1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste
Directions
Cook chicken. Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors mix. Serve about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on a flour Serving Size: Makes approx. 10 1/2-cup servings on a 6" tortilla or large lettuce leaf (not figured into calories).
