2 lbs. 93% lean ground beef2 cups onion, chopped1/3 large head of green cabbage, shredded1/3 large head of red cabbage,shredded1 cup grated carrots1 cup sweet bell peppers, chopped1 27oz can of Frank's Quality Krautsalt and pepper to taste** I don't add any salt due to a heart condition, and I think it is fine without. The nutrition information is without added salt.
In large stock pot, brown ground beef with onions. Drain off any grease. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir to combine, and cook over medium heat until cabbage is wilted. Serve on hamburger buns, torilla shells, or on bread.
