Dairy-free banana cream pie

5 Bananas1/2 cup of pecans2 cups of dates2 1/2 cups coconut2 tbsp honey2 tbsp almond butter1/2 half cup apple juice2 tsp vanilla
Blend pecans, 1tsp vanilla, and 1.5 cups of coconut in food processor. Press into pie plate.
Blend 2 bananas, almond butter, honey, 1/2 cup of coconut and 1tsp vanilla in food processor.
Slice 3 bananas into bowl, pour filling over it and mix.
Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of coconut.
Let set 3 hours or more in refrigerator.
To make it nut-free replace pecans with another 1/2 cup of coconut.
