Jamacan Chicken

Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts1/ 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon ground cloves1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground allspice1/2 teaspoon ground ginger2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper2 teaspoons dried thyme1/4 cup brown sugar, tightly packed
Directions
Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil to be ready to pan-fry the chicken.

Pound the chicken with a mallet until it's really thin.

Mix the spices and sugar all together and stir well, then rub the spices into both sides of the chicken.

Place the chicken in the skillet, and cook until done. Usually about 12 minutes for us.
