*Ground Turkey 16 oz Romaine Lettuce 4 cup, shredded Iceberg Lettuce 4 cup, shredded or chopped *Chi Chi Salsa -Original Mild, 16 tbsp Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 8 Tbsp, *mc cormick taco seasoning,1 packet *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 8 tbsp *Cheddar Cheese (Sargento, Sharp, Shredded), 1 cup Water, tap, .75 cup
Cook the ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain the fat. Add the taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water. Cook until the water is mostly absorbed. Mix the two kinds of lettuce together. On each plate, put 4 cups of lettuce, Top with 1/4 cup of turkey mixture, 4 Tbs. of salsa, 2 tbs each of sour cream and guacamole, 1/4 cup of cheese. Enjoy!!
