Cheese, Tomato, Onion Omelette (ziplock)

Ingredients
2 Large eggs1 Tablespoon chopped onions3 grape tomatoes chopped1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar CheeseSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Break eggs open and put into a quart size ziplock baggie. Shake to break up eggs. Add other ingredients, shake to mix. Boil in pan of water for 13 minutes. Take bag out of water, open and roll onto plate.
