Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 28 oz, brownedCanned Tomatoes, 2 large cansOnions, raw, 1 medium, dicedYellow Peppers (bell peppers), 2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia), dicedMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp Onion powder, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper Cumin seed, .5 tbsp Salt, 2 tsp
Brown turkey in olive oil with onions. Add in peppers and mushrooms- sautee for 10 minutes until veggies are soft. Add in spices and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionaly.
