Chopped Salad with Quinoa

2 cups dry quinoa (cooked in 4 cups water) 2 cups chopped cucumber, 1 cup sliced almonds toasted, 1 cup chopped red bell pepper, 1 cup chopped celery, 1 cup chopped red onion, 1 cup chopped raw asparagas, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 1 tbsp coarse sea salt1 tsp cayene pepper
Boil 4 cups of water and add 2 cups of quinoa, cover, reduce heat and cook for about 12 minutes. Set aside to cool.
While quinoa is cooking start chopping all the vegetables.
Toast almonds in a frying pan on high heat for 5 minutes or until you start to smell them. Remove from heat and let cool.
Toss everything together in a large bowl and serve.
