South Beach Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 (14 oz) can Black Beans, drained & rinsed1 cup Sour Cream1 (14 ¨ö oz) can Diced Tomatoes1 tsp Chili Powder¨ö tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 325¢ªF.

2.In a large bowl, combine beans and next 5 ingredients. Combine well.

3.Spoon into a shallow baking dish. Top with cheese.

4.Bake for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
