Pancakes - 1 pancake per serving

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour1/2 tsp salt2 1/2 tsp baking powder1 large egg1 c 1% milk3 tbsp butterwater
Directions
Whisk egg, milk and melted butter. Add rest of ingredients. If too dry, add some water until a nice consistency. Scoop into frying pan on medium heat and cook until brown on both sides making sure the inside is cooked.
Top with syrup, jam, fresh fruit, etc...
