Jenn's Turkey Burger

Ingredients
One slice Village Hearth Cottage Bread(great way to use the heel)Green Pepper, finely chopped3 TBS Egg Beaters Egg WhiteHoneysuckle 93/7 Ground Turkey TubeAny spices to individual taste.
Directions
Break up slice of bread in a bowl. Finely chop green pepper, add to bowl. Measure 3 TBS Egg White and ad to bowl. Mix well. Add whole tube of Ground Turkey and spices desired. Combine well. Using a 1/4 measuring cup, scoop out a level amount of turkey mixture and place on aluminum foil that is lightly sprayed with non-stick spray. Continue until all 8 patties are formed. Place foil on a pre-heated grill and cook 3-5 minutes each side until done. Can be cooked on a non-stick pan also. Can be served or cooled and wrapped individually for frozen quick meals.
