Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1lb package of ground turkey28 oz can of diced tomatoes540ml can of diced tomatoes14 oz can of red kidney beans1/2 a green pepper1/2 a red pepper3 mushrooms1tbsp chili powder2 garlic clovessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
sautee turkey, garlic, onions, peppers and mushrooms with cooking spray until cooked, put in a large pot with a lid, throw in the kidney beans and simmer for an hour.
even better after sitting in the fridge for a few hours! yum!
