Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef, extra lean1 Large Onions, raw (chopped)4 med Celery stalks (chopped)2 cans (approx)14 oz each) Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes1 TBSP Oregano1 TBSP Ground Cumin1/2 tsp Salt1/2 Pepper2 TBSPs Adobo Sauce2 Adobo peppers (chopped)2 Cans Black Beans (approx)14 oz each) (drained & rinsed)1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans (drained & rinsed)
Directions
1. Cut up onion & celery.
2. Put everything in a slow cooker for 4 hours (No more or it will start to burn).
