Ingredients
* 3 diamonds no salt added canned mushrooms, 8 oz (remove) * Healthy request cream of mushroom soup, 2.5 serving (remove) * Milk, nonfat, .75 cup (remove) * *Onion powder, .5 tsp (remove) * Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove) * Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Trader Joe's Spaghetti, uncooked, 8 oz (remove) * *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup (remove) * Turkey (light meat), 1.75 cup, chopped or diced (remove) * Trader Joe's grated parmesan, 10 tsp (remove)
Directions
Cook pasta per directions. Combine all other ingredients except parmesan, mix well. add cooked pasta. Pour into pam sprayed baking dish. Top with parmesan. Bake 350 45 minutes.

    Excellent just made this tonight ! I did not use the parmesean cheese and added fresh celery, onion and green pepper. we used the low sodium heart healthy soup to lower the sodium count. - 1/14/12
