one large brown eggdab of mayo (I use low fat salad dressing)one slice of processed American cheese or use your favorite2 slices of preferred bread (I use store brand split wheat)
fry the egg as you normally would. place on bread or toasted bread with light mayo spread or oleo and top with cheese.
