Chicken Cacciatora

Ingredients
1 T garlic infused oil.5 c proscuitto chopped6 scallions, finely sliced1 t finely chopped rosemary1 Lb chicken thighs--each cut into 4 pieces.5 t celery salt.5 c white wine1 14-oz can chopped tomatoes2 bay leaves.5 t sugar1 14-oz can garbanzo beans
Directions
Put the garlic oil in the pan with the pancetta, sliced scallions, and chopped rosemary for a couple of minutes. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces, stirring well and add salt. Pour in the wine and let it bubble before adding tomatoes, bay leaves and sugar. Simmer 20 minutes. Add a can of drained garbanzo beans and when they are warmed through, it is ready to eat! Serves 4
