Asparagus + Celery Soup

Ingredients
200 gms of Asparagus100 gms of Celery3 clove Garlic1 tsp grated ginger root5 ml Lemon juice1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar10 gms of Vegetable broth mix or 2 cups of vegetable broth 2 cups of boiling water to mix the broth withAny dried herbs for taste (optional)Salth and pepper to taste.
Directions
rSteam Asparagus, Celery with garlic & Ginger.
Add 2 cups of boiling water to Vegetabe Broth mix and stir until dissolved.
Cook the veggies with broth for few mintues and add salt, pepper, lemon juice and apple cider vineger to tast. Can sprinke some dried oregano and italian herb seasoning for taste. (Optional).
Can puree the soup with hand blender or blender for more filling feeling.
