Ingredients
*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 1.55 lb *1 Chipotle Pepper in 1 Tbsp Adobo Sauce, 3 serving Garlic, 3 cloves Onions, raw, 1 small Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp Sofrito Sauce, 0.25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Put everything in a crock pot, turn on low for 8 hours. Shred with fork, serve on warmed tortillas.
