Sugar Free Apple Turnover

Ingredients
An apple (preferably sour, like Granny Smith)raisinsground cinnamonSweetener; like sucraloseFilo pastry
Directions
Peel the apple and slice it. After welding the raisins, mix them in with the apple. Add sweetener and cinnamon and mix properly. Cut a sheet of filo pastry in half, put half of the apple mix in the middle of the (half) sheet and fold it anyway you like (repeat for the second half sheet and mix).

Bake in 20 min at 200 C/392 F or until golden brown. Enjoy!
