Turkish Honey Lamb

6 1” thick lamb chops1 ½ cups good red wine2 tbsp grainy mustard2 tbsp Kekik Bali (Thyme Blossom Honey) or regular liquid honey½ tsp dried thyme
Marinate lamb chops in red wine overnight.
Preheat broiler.
Drain and pat chops dry.
Combine mustard, honey and thyme.
On a broiler tray, lay room-temperature chops and brush exposed bone with a little oil.
Lightly spread the honey mixture over exposed side.
Broil 5 minutes, turn chops and brush with the honey mixture again.
Broil 5 minutes more.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
