Vegan Brownie for two

Ingredients
4 Tbl whole wheat pastry flour2 Tbl cocoa powder1/2 tsp baking powderpinch salt2 Tbl applesauce, unsweetened1 Tbl maple syrup1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp non-dairy milk2 Tbl vegan chocolate chips (mini if you can find them!)1 Tbl walnuts, chopped
Directions
preheat over to 350.

In a small bowl mix together the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients and mix pretty well. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

You can use a small loaf pan, or I use a muffin pan and fill 4 cups about 1/3 of the way full.

Bake for 18-22 minutes, until a knife or toothpick come out clean.
