Mini Turkey Meatloaves

470g (1 package) lean ground turkey breast (or ground chicken breast)1/2 cup quick oats3 egg whites (I use the liquid carton kind)1 tsp dried thyme1/2 to 1 tsp dried oregano (dried marjoram is good too)1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp sea salt1 tsp pepper1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 carrot, grated1 celery stalk, diced1 medium onion - half of it grated, other half sliced thinly3 Tbsp low carb ketchup
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all the ingredients except the ketchup and sliced onion together (clean hands work best!). Divide evenly and Lightly press into 4 mini loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray. Spread ketchup on top in a thin layer and spread thinly sliced onion on top and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the sides of the loaf are browned.
